How your offices are grouped into tiers, and how often each tier expects a visit. Changes apply everywhere — the app, the map, and the dashboard — the next time they load.

Tiers — how offices are grouped

Offices are ranked by patients referred in the last 12 months. Offices with no referrals in that window — prospects, lapsed, corporate — are always Tier D. Pick how the active ones split into A, B, and C:

By percentile
Top % of active offices are Tier A, the next % are Tier B, the rest are C. Self-adjusting as your practice changes. By patient counts
Tier A sends at least patients a year, Tier B at least , the rest are C. Fixed cutoffs you choose.

Visit rhythm — when an office shows as overdue

Days since your last visit before the orange "overdue" flag appears. Tiers C and D never nag.
